Unknown translation into X blog lite

Hello,

I am building a site for a little non profit organization. The site is entirely in French (and must be).

I am using the theme X Blog Lite (in fact a child of).

All run fine but, when a members wants to leave a comment, this comment appears with the header nr_of_comment + “thought on” + Page_Name and I don’t see where I can change this as it is the only issue I have seen and I don’t find any translation file .

Could someone help me to solve this little problem?
