    I bought a license for Niso Carousel Pro last July and have been using it successfully on a WP site hosted on a Google Cloud Platform VM, although I’ve had to re-enter the activation code each time I’ve wanted to add content. However, since this morning I’ve been getting the following error when I’ve entered the license code, “Response Error, contact with the author or update the plugin or theme.” I’ve tried re-starting the VM and updating the plugin but to no avail. Grateful for any help.
