I had a dev.wedsite.com and now that I am ready I moved it into place at website.com and it is asking for the key again. it will not take it. the old dev. is gone and I can not get it back.. please help me unlock my key…

The license key only for one site. If you want to use new site then need to deactivate first from old site.

my old site is gone. I did not know I needed to do this.. what can I do now?? and not a new site.. I just moved in into production from my test url…

I’ve checked your key and the key now ready to use the new site.
Please go to your order details then you will get the code.
The key only valid for one site so if you want to change site next time then you need to deactivate from the old site.
I hope you will active the theme of a new site and enjoy it.
