Header over COMMENTS

On the individual post screen, there is a generic invitation line–for example,

“No comments! Be the first commenter?
Leave a Reply”

Where can I change that wording to something appropriate to my style?

Hi,
Now you can change comment title by customize. Please update the theme first.
Now please go customize ▸ Site blog settings ▸ Comments settings then you change comment title.

Works like a CHARM! Great job.

(The update seemed clumsy. I downloaded the new version and after installation I had to refresh the fact that I wanted to use the CHILD theme. At first I thought the update had lost my information, but restoring the CHILD to “active” worked–everything came back.)
