When i add a product to the product slider I get a 500 error. My admin checked everything…server, memory, updated plugins…everything seems fine and no error exists at the log file of the server. So the last option was to update be shop pro theme (that has an update notice)…but I get update failure.
Any idea why I can’t change/add/remove products from the product slider without getting a 500 error? And if it is a theme issue, why can’t I update the theme while I have bought a lifetime licence?
