Does Eyepress Pro have the option to switch the page to a dark theme?

I know it worked on the free version of Eyepress.

Yes, Now dark version available in the pro version of the EyePress Pro theme.
Please update the latest version 1.0.6 then you will get the option under general settings.

How do I update to the latest version?

I purchased Pro yesterday, but don’t want to have to download the theme again and rebuild my site from scratch.

You will get the update in your dashboard.
If you change the pro may minor parts need to set but you will get full version so many pro features.
