You’ll be responsible for ensuring that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
2. Theme Compatibility
All of our WordPress themes are designed to function properly with WordPress latest stable version. We have to always keep the themes up-to-date and work with the latest version of WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third-party software and plugins. We also cannot guarantee the themes will function correctly after modification to the code.
3. Refunds
You can request a refund within 15 days of your purchase if our product or service doesn’t meet its description. Contact us via the Contact Form with proof of the mismatch to initiate the process. Refund requests after 15 days won’t be considered. Once approved, expect the refunded amount to be processed within 2 business days. Please note that the actual refund timing may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
4. Delivery Policy:
All items on wpthemespace.com are digital products. Upon purchase, an account is automatically created for you, and you’ll receive an email with a download link. Simply log in to your account to access the “Download” section, where you can retrieve your purchased items at any time. There are no limitations on the number of downloads. For any assistance or inquiries regarding digital product delivery, contact our customer support at Contact Form. We may update this policy, so please check periodically for any changes. 5. Price Changes
WP Theme Space reserves the right to change the price at any time without any prior notice. The price of a theme is one-time only because we don’t offer any subscription-based pricing.
6. License
All the WordPress themes and plugins on our WP Theme Space are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial websites. You can use them as many projects as you like for any purpose.
7. Guarantee
All downloadable content and services provided are “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind (express or implied). We do not guarantee that our digital products will work in all browsers or hosting environments, nor do we guarantee that our products will be functional with all versions of WordPress. 8. Membership

If you have purchased a premium theme from Wp Theme Space, you will receive access to basic theme support through our contact form as long as you have an active license.
With the purchase of Priority Support, you will have access to the expanded support services included with that package.
9. Support
Basic support is included with each premium theme purchase. Basic support is defined as responding to general premium theme setup questions. It does not include any customizations.
We help to install the theme for those users who don’t know how to install the WordPress theme. However, for this, we need access to details of your website. We never save your website access details nor are spammers or hackers to cause a problem on your website. You can also change your passwords shortly once we tend to assist you. If you receive any error during theme installation, you can send us access details and we will install the theme on your server.
A purchase of a Priority Support Package is required to gain access to expanded support services.
Theme and plugin license support is only available for 6 months.
Priority Support is defined as receiving advanced technical support, theme installation, faster support responses, and hands-on support through site logins if necessary. Priority Support does not include major customizations.
Free support is not available for our free products. To receive support for one of our free products, a Priority Support upgrade is required.
We will not provide the support that requires us to view websites with questionable content including but not limited to, pornography, prostitution, racist content, possible scams, etc. We reserve the right to refuse support if the member is abusive or in violation of our terms.
Support is offered 24/7.
10. Disclaimer
Our themes and plugins are not for any porn site. If you use our theme or plugin on any porn site then we will deactivate your license without any notice.
WP Theme Space retains the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our products at any time.
