    It seems that website security settings or certain hosting environments may block our license API, which could be causing this problem. In some cases, hosting providers implement security measures that interfere with the license verification process.

    I’ve checked your license on our end, and everything appears to be fine. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist our license API URL. This should resolve the issue. If the problem persists after that, feel free to let us know, and we’ll assist further.

    I’ve successfully downloaded the theme, however, the downloaded file does not have the typical .zip extension. Instead of a zipped file, I only see a folder named ‘shop-kit-pro.’ Could you please explain the reason behind this unexpected file format?
