Header image

Hi, is there any way to keep showing the header image as well as the main menu at the top of the page when you scroll down? Right now, when you scroll down, the menu stays up top, but the image disappears. I’d like to keep the image as well as the menu at the top of the page.

Also, is there a way to link the header image to the home page so that when you click or tap on the image at the top it takes you back to the home page?
