EyePro Theme – Font Color and Header Image not working

A recently purchased the theme and am quite satisfied with it.
There are two options I cannot make work.
1.
When trying to change the header text color to white, it shows OK. After publishing and checking live site, no change for color.

2.
When trying to use a header image, nothing happens after selection.

Could you pls advise how to proceed?

It is a shame that for two months there is no feedback from the developer, not even a sorry.
The theme otherwise works fine, but these tiny things would mean a lot to customers like us.
