Auto play in Lightbox iFrame

I have an i-frame gallery of videos and I would like the videos to auto play once the gallery icon is clicked to open the lightbox.

See the Presentations tab of my gallery. When I click on an item it opens the lightbox but then I have to click on the play button for the videos to start. I would like them to auto play thus avoiding that extra click. I see no such option in the settings. Please help.
