The license got tied to our temp domain (which I can no longer switch to), and now I am unable to point our license at the live domain.
I’m really frustrated at this point, as I reached out via the quick message popup on your website last week, as well as emailing your gmail account, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I also tried sending you a message via the contact form just now, and that is apparently broken as well.
We have a site that went live yesterday, and I had to remove all of the elements from this package…that was a lot of extra work I did not want to have to do.
